Do I need to reserve equipment in advance?
If you are a new customer, please allow at least 4 business days for verification. If you are a repeat customer renting a few pieces, please give at least 2 business days notice so the requested equipment can be checked. Large orders will require additional prep time.
When can I pick up/return the equipment?
We will arrange a time that works for you to come pick up your gear on the day of your rental, allowing you enough time to inspect and prep the gear. Rentals are to be returned the day agreed upon by 12 PM unless discussed otherwise.
What if an item that I need is unavailable for the time that I need it?
We have an assortment of gear available, many items are not listed on our website. If you aren’t able to find something you need, shoot us a line or give us a call and we will try our best to assist.
What kind of insurance is required to rent equipment?
You will need to supply a Certificate of Insurance listing

as the certificate holder or additional insured. Coverage must be for the day you pick up to the day you drop off and the policy minimum must cover at least 80% of the replacement cost.
What happens if an item breaks down during production?
If something does happen give us a call right away. We will try to help source a replacement while the gear is being fixed.
Can I extend my rental period?
If the equipment is not already rented for the dates that you would like to extend your rental period, then yes of course. Just give us a call as soon as you know that you might need it extended. It is not a guarantee, but we will try our best to make it happen.
